Welcome to the new routines for August which incorporate Barre exercises - super energising whole body workouts to strengthen your arms, legs and core all in one session.
Barre - these are exercises incorporating yoga, pilates and ballet.
They help to improve balance, strength, flexibility and stability through developing a stronger core
Barre exercises will tighten your bum, help you to stand taller, tone your tummy, stabilise your pelvis and alleviate pressure on your back, knees and hips. They can increase flexibility, reduce stress, improve mental clarity and keep you thinking positively!! What more could you ask for??
